At the heart of Azle Christian Church is a commitment to service. Below are a few of the avenues we use to share the love of Christ with our community.
Food Hub occurs on the fourth Sunday of every month from 8 am - 11 am. We have partnered with Texas Health Azle to distribute fresh produce at an affordable price. At 8 am volunteers pack bags full of fruits and veggies, and at 9 am people can come shop for food. While all this is happening, we also offer coffee, tea, and other refreshments in the Fellowship Hall. This ministry not only makes quality food more accessible to the community but gives us the opportunity to meet our Azle neighbors as well! If you have any questions or would like to volunteer to help, please contact our Chair of the Outreach committee, Jan Flavin, at 817-307-7693.

Southwest Good Samaritan Ministries
Each April, a group of ACC adults go on a mission trip to the lower Rio Grande Valley to work with the Southwest Good Samaritan Ministries. You can read more about SWGSM by clicking HERE. The adults who go on the mission trip partake in a wide variety of work including building projects, sorting and distributing donations for SWGSM, and partnering with other nonprofits in the area who work to assist refugees. For more information, contact the church office.
Kids Zone was started three years ago by Holly Davis. Holly had been ACC’s choir director for years and felt led to give the gift of her time and leadership to facilitate a weekly meeting on Wednesdays for the children of the church. Kids Zone meets from 3:45 - 5 pm on Wednesday afternoons during the school year, and kids kindergarten through 6th grade are welcome to attend. We have a snack, enjoy music time, learn a craft, and play games! If you would like to learn more, please call the church at 817-444-3527.
