The education building is scheduled to be moved in mid-July to its new home on FM 730 South. It will be located across the road from the Church at Azle where South Stewart Street joins FM 730. The old Fellowship Hall doesn’t have a new home yet but we are hoping someone will have a use for it.
There has been so much help from members of this church making this all possible. We had a record turnout for the work day to pack up the buildings. We have had volunteers cutting trees, clearing brush and moving shrubs to new locations. We know that not having as many facilities on our Church grounds is going to be a challenge, but it has been met with great ideas and wonderful attitudes. What a joy and blessing this congregation of supporters is to this Church.
We are expecting final drawings from the architect very soon so that they can be presented for a final bid. The civil drawings have gone to the city for permitting. The grading is set so there will be no step down or up to connect the sanctuary to the new building.
Please continue to be in prayer for this ministry as well the contractors, architects and engi-neers working toward our goal.
